This was made using the left over chicken I used to make the stock. Not all made from scratch I bought thw wrappers this time for a time saver. Yes that is a sir mixa-lot music video playing on the tablet.
Made by blending the shreded chicken from the coup chicken, only thighs, legs and wings. Then added an egg to the blenderwith basic spices, paprika salt peper and a little bit of parsley, and piped out the chicken “mousse” into the wrappers.
