Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry
mayonnaise
deli ham slices
deli pepperoni slices
deli salami slices
provolone cheese slices
banana peppers
1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions:
Roll out the puff pastry dough and evenly spread mayonnaise over the surface. Then add a layer of ham, pepperoni, salami, cheese, and banana peppers. Roll tightly into a log (allow to set in freezer for 10-15 minutes if needed to firm up) and slice into 6-8 pinwheels. Place pinwheels on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with beaten egg, then bake at 400°F for 18-20 minutes until golden and flaky. Don’t forget the cheese pull and enjoy! 😋
