Ingredients for 4 pizzas
500g bread flour
7g yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
425ml water
20g tomato puree
240g mozzarella
Method
Add flour, yeast, oil to a bowl and stir.
Add warm water slowly while mixing.
Once dough is forming remove from bowl and knead for 10 mins.
Leave to rest for 1 hour.
Cut into 4.
Roll out.
Add toppings.
Goes in the oven at 180 (fan oven) for 10-13 mins.
