   Cafe Style Pizza at home 🌿🫶

   Believe it or not, I will choose Pizza over Burger any day. And homemade pizza always has my heart ♥️ and I am baking it in my new Nester Full Stack Air Fryer @nesterstore.in

   Here is my Pizza recipe 👇🏻

   For Pizza Sauce,
   🌿 4-5 tomatoes
   🌿 1 onion
   🌿 12-15 garlic cloves
   🌿 5-6 basil leaves
   🌿 3 tbsp olive oil
   🌿 1 tsp salt

   Roast the veggies on ROAST mode of Nester Full Stack Air fryer at 180 C for 12-15 minutes. #nester

   For Pizza Dough
   🌿 125g Water
   🌿 1g yeast
   🌿 185g Flour
   🌿 6g Salt

   🌸Knead the dough until “window pane test” is passed.
   🌸Rest 1-2 hours at warm place or until it doubles .
   🌸Knock out the gas, and rest again for 1-2 hours or refrigerate overnight.

   Shape the dough, Spread the sauce and Cheese, Top with fresh basil and cherry tomatoes and Bake at 200 C for 10-12 minutes on PIZZA mode.

   Your Cafe Style Margherita Pizza Is Ready to dig in.
