Been doing pizza's at home for quite a while and I used do the direct dough method, messed around with some sourdough starter and different blends of flour. These days I don't have the desire to get that deep so I make it easy by using pretty much 100% Trader Joe's ingredients. This margerita has plain dough, full fat fresh mozzarella, Cento canned tomato, and store bought basil that's planed in the back yard. I baked this in my Ooni volt at the highest setting and I think it took close to two minutes but not quite. I did a few others and used the fresh sweet Italian chicken sausage and red pepper walnut pesto. Oh yeah, parmesan cheese sprinklings from the plastic tub and Sicilian Olive Oil. I'm so lazy but this stuff looks and tastes great.
