    My SO eats nothing but chicken or turkey and I only occasionally eat beef. Slowly we are getting toward going more and more veg oriented.

    I make my chicken quesadillas on a sheetpan
    Fantastic to serve a crowd
    This is more filled so I will use a 9×13. Good to serve a crowd if do small svgs like an appetizer.

    I hate Taco Bell and I hate McDonald’s and that’s all we have in my town besides a Pizza Hut. I think that’s why I hate it because I’m on a 15 year burnout of nothing but those restaurants.

    I made the Smothered chicken for dinner. It was so easy (one pan) and everyone loved it. Definitely adding to favorites. Chicken was super tender and the bacon and mushrooms add a lot of flavor. ❤

    Taco Bell is the best! I've been a fan since the seventies. The only gripe I have is they stopped making the Encherito! Please bring it back, but with corn tortillas, not flour tortillas…
