   1 1/4 cup milk
   3 tsp cornstarch
   70% dark chocolate
   2 Tbsp 100% cocoa powder
   2 Tsp sugar
   Pinch of salt
   1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

   Disclaimer: this recipe is more savory than sweet, so adding more sugar is optional 🙂
