Hey, if you are checking out Cook in Tuscany because you saw the CBS interview. DO IT! It will be a bucket list experience. Linda and George are amazing humans. The cooking classes are amazing. Their friends are amazing. La Chiusa is a fantastically comfortable and beautiful hotel in the midst of one of the most beautiful places on earth. DO IT!
How do I know this? We scheduled a one day cooking class in the summer of 2019 with friends and it was so impactful that we brought our family for an entire week in the Summer of 2023. DO IT!
Oh and yes, we make our own pasta now and sauce and definitely use the recipes we learned with Cook in Tuscany on a regular basis! DO IT!
So, I think today in honor of Cook in Tuscany's CBS interview we will be making PICI with home made sauce! DO IT!
