I’m super excited to share this video from the archives with you! Last spring I had the privilege of cooking with my friends Nonna. We made a traditional dish from the northern region Fruili, called Frico! It’s one of Nonna’s specialties!
Ingredients for Frico!
Potatoes – peeled and sliced
Onions – sliced very thin
Three kinds of cheese from the Fruili region
Nonna’s Spice blend – Thyme, Rosemary, Salvia, and Melissa
Butter – for frying
