The other day was our wedding anniversary and we decided to celebrate it in a very unique place a restaurant nested in a cave in the small Sicilian town of shikle the location looked amazing I think I can live here but why it’s so empty what’s going on here I

Eat something like a snake in the afternoon when you didn’t have maybe much was to to exactly this bring me a plate with some olive oil and put some salt in it and then just dip dip some bread and and eat it like that and like I’m 6 years old again it’s
Just I’m super happy it’s it’s probably the best olive oil I tried it tastes like a really young Olive it’s really green it tastes like the plant it’s really good these are pressed pressed fresh PRS with a Emulsion of lemon some fresh fruit and some riotta cream yeah let’s try it Wow wow it’s like exploding in your mouth what the hell Bo you have to try this this one is a s Tatar with also this Spurs of lemon juice I think and then some fruits on the side let’s try how this one tastes like M interesting flavor
So I think this is um some dried cherry with um um it feels like an Asian Sauce and then with the tarte cherry and the fruity flavor it’s a really interesting combination SM fish pasta you can see the pieces of smoke fish here with also some nice emotion and it
Comes with this bread crumbs to on top yourself that is it better than yours that’s better than mine oh this is so good now look at this soup the Tomato this tomato is really good it’s not acidic at all it’s very natural sweet what is that it’s a Regular no is it ice cream I don’t know where it is of course it was worth it Sicilian food is amazing we’re literally about to head out and try a gelato flavor that has won the Italian gelato Championship that’s a thing there’s an Italian gelato Championship apparently if you want to
