A few weeks ago, Rome’s pizza scene was shaken to its core. It happened when Italy’s pizza legend, Chef Diego Vitaligano, the winner of the luxurious ‘Italy’s Best Pizza’ competition, opened his first-ever restaurant in Italy outside of Rome.

To get there, you need to make a real effortโ€”it’s not in the tourist center. Far from it! It’s not easy to make an authentic Neapolitan pizza in Rome, but Diego decided to take on this challenge.
