You’ll cook authentic Italian recipes in my farmhouse, discover centuries-old villages, eat like a local in my favorite restaurants, meet our beloved winemakers, tour stunning vineyards and taste some world famous Bolgheri DOC wines.

Throughout the week, we’ll tour world-class vineyards and cellars, meet the producers, learn about the prestigious Bolgheri DOC region and enjoy superb wines. With hands-on cooking in my kitchen, you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta and dishes from my Italian heritage, paired with amazing Bolgheri wines.
Your home for the tour will be a charming boutique B&B overlooking the Mediterranean, with a stunning view on sloping coastal vineyards stretching to the sea.
With over 20 years experience in hosting guests from all over the world and living my daily life in Tuscany, I’ll guide you every day to discover the culture of Bolgheri region through its food, wine and people.

We filmed this video in May 2023. Although this trip was initially scheduled for 2020, we had to wait three years before my dear friend MaryAnne, a Chicca’s Cooking Club member, could finally bring her friends to join us on our tour of Tuscany.
I first got to know MaryAnne a few years ago, when she attended a cooking class with a group of cyclists she was traveling with. In 2018, she and her daughter Kate joined one of our Cooking Vacations and since then, we have been always in touch, cooking together online. We were able to reconnect this year, and I also had the pleasure of meeting in person her lovely friends. I am deeply grateful that our life paths crossed and for the light they bring into our culinary family.
