Ingredients: this makes 6 meals

2 lb chicken breast (Seasonings: 1 tsp Italian, 1 tsp thyme, salt & pepper to taste)

The juice of 1 lemon
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp minced garlic
15 cherry tomatoes
1 bag (5 oz) baby spinach

12 oz barilla penne pasta
1 carton (1 cup) feta cheese

Instructions:
2lb chicken into the crock pot with listed seasonings
Cook on high for 3 hours
With 15 mins left on the crock pot, add spinach & halved cherry tomatoes
Boil your pasta for 10-12 mins
Dump cooked & drained pasta into the crock pot
Mix in 1 tbsp of butter – plate & top with feta
