So the day started off really good, I ordered my personalised perfume in Epcot. We got to see a few more of the countries visiting Morocco, Japan, Italy and Germany, trying some of the food and drinks and just having a mooch around all of their shops.
We then had our reservation at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall and it all went down hill. This experience really upset me. Watching the footage back it didn’t look so bad but you can see certain members of staff In the back of the footage whispering and looking at us (and I have cropped a lot out). We found the princess experience was rushed compared to other character dinning, staff were rude, the food was the worst we had in the two weeks. Ryan ate nothing and Remi ate a piece of cheese and for the cost of the meal that is crazy!
We then had the awful encounter with the member of staff who spoke to Ryan so badly, I was quite shocked as our experience with Disney staff had been amazing up to this point.
I have since had so many other people say they also had a bad experience here with food and staff
*** This was our only negative experience of our Disney World trip but I will always share the good and the bad**
We finished the night at Magic Kingdom for their late night opening, we didn’t film too much as Isla was still feeling quite poorly and I was feeling quite anxious because of the crowds, we avoided the castle area completely because you just couldn’t move with the wheelchair as it was so busy

I'm so sorry that happened to you all! That is crazy that you hadn't had any staff mention anything about his tattoo up until that point in the trip. Sorry for the experience for your family!! Thanks for continuing to post your trip!
I hope Disney sees your vlog and makes things right…Should never happen at Disney with the prices they have.
