One of the biggest perks of living in Albania? Europe is right at your doorstep.
We flew to Italy for just €112 per person — flights included.
In this video, I’ll show you the highlights and why living abroad opens doors to affordable adventures across Europe. Once we arrived in Bologna, almost everything we did was completely free. The cost is getting there — and eating very, very well.

15:48 – I thought we were going to see the bird that appears at this moment help Summer out with the food that is not really her cup of tea because it is it's cup of tea. LOL Did you two notice that the bird has its eye on her food?????
That looked like so much fun! I am very much looking forward to little trips like that once we get to Albania! I am so glad you both had fun!
This was not on our radar but it is now, thank you
Thanks!
So happy you got to Italy ! wow. wonderful. 👌🧡
I did Tirana – Bari over a year ago and spent the night (so Airbnb apt included). Plus it was last minute and over NYE so I think the total was 250 euro for one person. In fact, I did Tirana to Vienna, Budapest and Athens as well and all of these solo trips came out to around 250 euro, but the latter three were 3-4 day trips (again, with an Airbnb full apt). Only the Budapest apt was somewhat well-located within the city.
Looking at your breakdown at the end of the video, I think I could do the Bologna trip for 30 euro (flight), 24 euro (roundtrip bus from another Albanian city), 35 euro Airbnb apt (roughly), 23 euro Marconi Express roundtrip (or just 2 euro bus), plus 40 euro food (no alcohol). So, 150 euro for an overnight stay, effectively two days in Bologna.
Lol, ok ! I love that pigeon!!!💖🐦😆
So glad that you got to go exploring! Fun, thank you for sharing 💖☀️🌻
Love seeing you and Summer out and about enjoying life!! ❤Is your next trip somewhere in Albania?
Glad you had a good time. You went just in time.😉😄
