8oz Smoked cheddar cheese
16oz Mild cheddar cheese (reserve 4oz for topping)
8oz Gruyรจre cheese
2 cups Heavy cream
1 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
3 tbsps Butter
3 tbsps Flour
1 tsp Ground mustard
1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
1 tsp Garlic powder
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

I always use smoked Gouda even did the holidays. I tastes it one time and now I'm hooked
I make somthing extremely similar to this but since I have growing teenage boys who would die without loads of protein I add shredded chicken to make it a bit more filling for them. Eh, I don't mind it that way either, lol
