A delicious and healthier twist to everyone’s favorite pizza! 🍕 Made with a wholesome base of ragi flour and wheat flour, and loaded with colorful toppings and gooey cheese. Perfect when you want something tasty yet a little more nutritious.

INGREDIENTS
Dough:
1/4 Cup Warm Water
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Active Dry Yeast
1/2 Cup Ragi Flour
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
Salt
1/2 Tsp Oil

Sauce:
2 Medium Tomatoes
2 Whole Byadgi Red Chillies
1/4 Tsp Pizza Mix
3-4 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tsp Sugar
Salt

Toppings:
1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cheese Slice
Bell Peppers
Sliced onion
Paneer Pieces
Olives

METHOD
– Add sugar to warm water and mix until sugar is dissolved.
– ⁠Now add active dry yeast, mix well, cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
– ⁠Add ragi flour, whole wheat flour and salt to a large bowl. Mix well and add the yeast mixture. Add water and knead for 10-12 minutes manually or 5 minutes using a dough mixer. Add oil and form a dough ball. Cover and set aside until doubles in size. It will take 50 minutes to 1 hour depending on the season.
– ⁠Add water, roughly chopped tomatoes and whole dried byadgi red chilli (seeds removed) to a pan and boil for 10-12 minutes.
– ⁠Remove the skin of the tomatoes and let the mixture cool down.
– ⁠Transfer to a blender jar, add pizza mix, garlic, sugar and salt. Blend to a smooth paste. The pizza sauce is ready.
– ⁠One the dough doubles in size, deflate it and divide into 2 portions. Use dry flour and roll thin. Prick with a fork and cook on a tawa on both the sides.
– ⁠Take one base and apply pizza sauce, add cheese and all the toppings.
– ⁠Slide the pizza onto a greased tawa. Cover and cook at low flame till the cheese melts.
– ⁠Serve hot and ENJOY!
