As always, Claudia, you are stunning and Brave! It takes great courage to have eaten that piadina, IMHO…lol…I salute you for being the amazingly adventurous woman you are!
I know dishes can be wildly different between cultures, but that couscous looks completely different than the north african one. is this even semolina? someone help me
How about Chutney over grilled meat or beef? 😉 I was born in 1969 behind the iron curtain. International meals/ingredients were scarce. A female friend of my parents made different Chutneys and gave us some – we were blown away. 😋
You could try a 'Richard Herring', which is a baked/ jacket potato with grated Red Leicester cheese and mango chutney. Based on what the stand-up comic used to each at lunchtime from the Tempting Tattie in Edinburgh during the Fringe Festival.
Glad that you're experimenting with different ingredients. I cook dinner twice a week for my family. Recently, I have started an initiative where those two meals come from a different African country each time.
Yum !!!! I mix mango chutney with plain yogurt or sour cream as a dip for fresh veges. Or you can mix it with mayo and 1/2 & 1/2 for salad dressing. 😊❤

Another Great Video, thank you
Mango chutney is pretty solid. Chutney also a fun word.
I recommend mixing mint chutney with tamarind chutney. Equal parts!
It’s amazing!
Right… If you want a challenge, do Vegimite or Marmite next!
Well, that's 3 great and new ideas for me. Much appreciated!
Love the idea, please keep making these!

I use it in mayonnaise based chicken salad with onion, celery, and walnuts. Just a little bit offsets the rich, tangy mayo in a pleasant way
Ohh try it with cheese!!! An aged cheddar is amazing with mango chutney
CutiE!
Great idea!
Geeta's mango chutney is probably the best I've come across.
Coming from India, seeing mango chutney makes me soo happy 😁
Gochujang!
Way to go Claudia!! Keep incorporating..keep experimenting….

For the piadina try tossing the radicchio in lemon juice to offset the sweetness of the chutney. These all look good so I’m going to try them all!
Can you share your recipe for the piadita (?)? That looked delicious

The prawns look absolutely delicious !

My partner looooves mango chutney but I think it’s mainly for the permission to turn any savory food a bit sweeter.
The prawn recipe reminds me of having marmalade with salmon !

I love tabula my grandmas Palestinian and she makes awesome tabula.
you italians act like we are killing people if we misuse your stuff. and then you use chutney as a sauce. omfg. absolutely retarded
Mango is tangy. Maybe some cheese.
You're in London surrounded by South Asian people who could give you wild ideas about what to do with a chutney.

The thumbnail makes it look like your biting into 2 massive grilled chicken breast lol
This is a great idea. I should do something like this, as I feel I'm in a culinary rut.
Thank you for keeping the prawn’s HEADS while cooking and enjoying it.
If I lived next to you… I would beg for new lessons and food😍 Your Majesty Claudia😘😘😘💖💖💖 your Brilliant!
