Recipe:
1. In a pan, add 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp maida/all purpose flour. Mix and let it cook for a minute only or till light golden.
2. Now add 3/4 cup of milk and keep stirring. There should be no lumps. Once the milk comes to a boil, add salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes, sautéed veggies and loads of cheese. Mix well.
3. Now add the boiled pasta (tossed with Oil, Salt Chilli Flakes) and toss it in the sauce and it’s ready!
