Why Pasta Feels Different in Italy 🍝🇮🇹

Ever noticed how eating pasta and bread in Europe makes you feel light and energized, but eating the same foods in the U.S. leaves you bloated, tired, and moody? 😴 Here’s why:

🔬 In 1993, the chemical industry convinced the government to spray all grains with folic acid—a man-made synthetic that doesn’t exist in nature.

🥖 All flour, bread, pasta, and cereal in the U.S. is “enriched” (aka sprayed with folic acid).

⚠️ Folic acid overload messes with your metabolism and energy levels—turning what should be nourishing into something that drains you.

💡 Solution? Choose organic, non-enriched versions of grains, rice, and pasta! Your body will thank you.

  1. Rubbish the Italian imported pasta you can buy in basically any store makes you feel bloated and tired as well

  2. I went to France for 2 weeks, and I ate like a PIG! I would have a box of pastries every night, and I didn't gain a pound.

  3. I am European and pasta is shit anyways! Maybe not as shit like in the US but it’s shit and unhealthy anyway🤷🏻‍♂️ Best is to avoid them totally!
