  3. Are the Bernini brothers' twins? You both have such a wonderful life together. All the hard work you've put into to the house and property really shows. Everything is simply magnifique. I'm sending loving and peace-filled thoughts to everyone.

  4. The lovely theatre was properly introduced ant the beautiful music was not just suddenly taken away, I was in heaven ! ❤

  5. Oh Marie . . . top of my list of my most favourite composers is Guiseppe Verdi. I have for 65+ years, a great love of his opera "Nabucco". While in Rome in 2017, we attended a concert where one of the items was "Va Pensiero". It was so emotional and I had (silent) tears streaming down my face by the end of it. Added to this Opera-lover's experience, we also attended a concert in one of the churches in Lucca where we were staying. The entire concert was devoted to the music of Puccini., another of my favourites. It just seems (in my world anyway), that all Italians are singers . . . as we heard so much glorious singing, not just in concerts but in everyday life. Even men erecting lights in the rain in Asti, were singing in glorious harmony. I obviously have a distinct bias for Italy, it's glorious scenery, it's fabulous food, it's incredible Composers, and its amazing people who all seem to have superb singing voices.

  10. Are your olives salty? It's like eating teaspoon of salt!. When I buy them in the US, they are so salty that I can't eat them. I get them in the deli because they look so delicious. Love your videos and wish I could live there too. Too late now. You must enjoy it enough for all of us who will never get to visit beautiful VicoPisano.

  13. Marie and Lorenzo, Another fabulous video. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The concert was so impressive. On a trip to Italy in 2008, my husband and I visited a small museum in Venezia which featured a Verdi exhibit. We fell in love with the Verdi CD they were playing and bought a copy. We still play it today. Take care. Ciao. ❤
