This wine is the life’s work of Peter Zemmer, a third-generation winemaker from Alto Adige, tucked beneath the towering peaks of the Dolomite Mountains in Italy
His vineyards climb the mountain slopes, where melting snow nourishes the vines and warm sunshine gives way to cool alpine evenings. That natural balance is what shapes the wine, giving this Pinot Grigio its signature style: bright, refreshing, and beautifully crisp.
What truly makes this wine special is the family behind it. Peter’s parents, now in their 90s, still take part in the harvest each year, carefully handpicking the grapes from vineyards so steep that machines simply can’t reach them. No shortcuts. No automation. Just generations working side by side, one cluster at a time.
