Don’t really care how people eat their food, but ketchup or any other sauces on pizza is garbage. It’s already saucy, why put more? I only add chilli flakes if I wanna spice things up.
I’m from Italy and family owns Italian restaurant and we don’t give a duck how you eat your pizza. If you wanna ruin it by adding ketchup it’s your choice. I met more than one Italian who put pineapple on pizza too.
I say to each their own, but everybody knows Italians are really serious about their food because they make the best food. Oh and my favorite is pizza for sure. 🍕😋🍕
