Mac n Cheese is THE go-to side for BBQ. We’ve done it multiple times but this was truly the best. The pear cognac cheese we used in the mac n cheese really brought it to a new level. I’m even thinking of throwing in some pear or apple into the sauce mixture just to get that fresh hint. I really recommend you try it. I don’t have a full recipe for this one, though you can see the ingredients I have in the video (excluding salt).
