This is not any luxury apartment is art! It's a museum! The location is centric. And it looks inviting and has taste too and look at that view to the duomo and the frescos, the ceilings too. woah! 😊

they all look like cloned rooms, there is no style.

The apartment needs color, but that can be fixed easily.
Something is off on many of the rooms. The placement of sofas, chairs, and other case goods seem awkward. A Feng shui expert could benefit this property.
They've done a massive disservice to the space by trying to cram two units into it. Both kitchens are wildly subpar and it's ludicrous an apartment of this standard doesn't have a dedicated dinning room. Though it may be custom, the furniture looks detached and out of place. It looks more like furnishings for a modern property in Milan. Similarly the designs of the bathrooms and kitchens are antithetical to the original features. I'm sure this will still sell quickly if priced right due to the location. I hope the next owner has the vision to renovate this property to its potential.
