Hello guys! (I hope this is okay to post here?) I am going to host a dinner with colleagues later this fall. Therefore I am wondering what wine to pair as I am a bit new and inexperienced in this realm. I will be serving my take on the «penne alla vodka» dish, and instead of vodka I use Tanqueray No. 10 gin. What wine should I go for? Red? White? Other? And What kind of style? Should it be on the more heavy or lighter side? Budget 15-25$/€
