That's so insane. How can Italians approve of mayo and HARD BOILED EGGS on pizza but not a pineapple which compliments the salty cheese. Just think about it, The crust is salty, the sauce is a bit sweet, the cheese it salty, followed by the pineapple which is sweet. It's a perfect combination. When you think of Rossini pizza, it's just richness and salty after richness because it's basically 2 egg products on a pizza.
