Every day I get so many emails and comments asking why you can’t locate the music I use or find it using Shazam. I purchase music licenses for almost all the music you hear in my videos. I buy them them from various royalty-free production music sites and most of the time they don’t list the performer because it’s music made only for film productions with an audio watermark throughout the entire track, unless you purchase the single-use license for $50-100 per track. I use a lot of opera so often I’ll reference the opera but I won’t be able to direct you to a recording of that specific performance that you could stream or buy on iTunes or Spotify. Own fence with some stained uh wooden posts and some green netting that’s quite firm so it seems to be doing the job of of uh making the pool much more safe and my father sort of said oh that if we get the dark green it will fade

Into the background so it won’t uh disrupt The View too much so uh I think yeah it’s looking quite nice and uh we’re so lucky to have my father who just can basically build anything and uh and he not only that but just and and takes pleasure in it and would love just

Always is is happy to to work even when it was raining he was just outstanding under his Woodshed with a little tiny um awning over the just out there uh sanding and and and nailing things and and trying to to still keep working bum bum bum bum bum bum come Bravo

And profession in this case obviously we might have the competition of um an antique to and Deco secondhand and obviously he won’t pay more than a certain amount compared to what he thinks he can sell it so we were trying to understand what that figure could be okay anyway I got

It I can’t believe when when it said you won you won the the the bidding and uh it arrived and was sent out and I just I was so nervous I thought oh my gosh it’s difficult buying something secondhand that you haven’t seen and you you don’t

Know whether it’s a scam and all the rest of it but it arrived it was fine it wasn’t a scam I now it’s it’s here and my father and I took like I know three hours or something to hang it trying to measure and and get it through because

It didn’t have a pocket at the back so we had to it was quite complicated but anyway uh yeah it’s up now and I think I think it looks beautiful it’s exactly what I wanted it creates coziness it’s it’s it’s lovely and weathered uh the colors are beautiful anyway let me show

You because I just I can’t wait to show you okay so keeping in mind these are not the side tabls we’ll have this is not the lamp I’ll have but you get the idea and the sheets and everything will be ired but this is the

Where it’s really not minimalist at all it’s just sort of loading on all these ornate patterns and and fabrics and textures and and and I I do love that for example in the bathroom it’s a little bit more minimalist uh we just have these tiles that are the the only

Really decorative part and I love everything else to just be really soothing but the bedroom I like it to be quite layered with uh all these intricate patterns and colors and warmth and so yeah I’m really really happy G oh now the curtain debacle uh as you may

Remember I I bought these beautiful uh forest green curtains which we loved uh but the they uh there was this whole problem with the order the company just disappeared they wouldn’t they wouldn’t tell me what it happened the curtains were like a month late and they when I

Gave up hope on them and the company said to me that they don’t know if they’ll ever come uh I bought another pair of curtains and pair another two sets of curtains and uh and I went for this uh White and camel and I got them

Up and you can tell me which ones you prefer but I’m keeping both so uh because they can’t be returned because the first company with the green is so horrible that they won’t let you return things and the second company uh because they’re custom made because I chose the

Different colors they can’t be returned so I think I might just have them for different seasons but which which color do you like best you see they both work with the with the rug they both look great with the rug um ignore this uh this handle here we’re

Changing that that was just put on as a temporary thing but oh I love them both I really do wow beautiful Guido is away and my parents are out hiking so I’m making a a simple lunch for myself that is very Italian very Tuscan I’m picking some cavalo

Which is like kale or chard and I want to roast some garlic toast on the fire and serve it topped with white carolini beans cooked with butter onion thyme olive oil garlic and white Wine A I like to chop the onion very fine so that it almost disappears into the sauce I cook this very lightly with butter and olive oil so it doesn’t burn and gives a mix of flavors and some fresh Thy I cook the cavalona in a tiny bit of water only because I was watching John Franco and I didn’t want it to burn if I took my eyes off it for too long so I often just cook it without water some sea salt and olive oil and lemon

Juice while these are both cooking I Toast My Bread on the fire which gives it a lovely Smokiness I find if you thoroughly wash beans or any pulses they won’t give you wind or difficult [Applause] digestion freshly ground pepper salt white wine and I add the garlic in at the end so that it doesn’t Burn so delicious and wholesome and tusen ah we put them over by the Woodshed sorry we are transplanting the Ary choke look the rain has finally stopped and we’re having a big day of gardening we’re planting tomatoes here and we have some the cousin of Jasmine which is rinkos Sperma no F fake

Jasmine so many butterflies you you want to pick up the bamboo yeah That’s so helpful that’s so helpful you here we go okay give it to Bubble hang on just let him give us thank you m yes I put where should I put it where should I put it here okay okay okay I put two here okay where shall I put it here in the

Middle yes yes yes yes that’s the right spot bravo bravo right Spot full little p p pull this beautiful plant here is called theum you might remember it when I did my chocolate cake and I put little the little purple flowers around the outside it survives even the worst of of the Italian summer and it’s so hardy and

Strong so we’re putting it over the other side of the house uh just along here where uh we laid the pipes for the air conditioning so we don’t want cars to park on this spot so we’re hoping it becomes lovely and big and bushy and uh

Creates a lovely line of of of color as well we dramatically pruned the highy ranges and now they’ve got little buds coming up so I’m going to move around the other two pots so we have the four pots of hydranges and the teum and uh it

Should be a lovely uh site when you first arrive at the house would you like some help would you like some help put it like this there we go and some to the flowers over there some to the flowers over there we got two of these Majestic terracotta

Pots uh to plant some Rinko Sperma which is false Jasmine it’s stronger than Jasmine just so that then hopefully we could have a wall of green uh with the help of a trellis or something uh so that we can see a lovely view uh from outside our new bedroom

Window so I found this which we were using as a little medicine cabinet but uh now that we’re moving into a new bathroom we have freed up some space I think because it’s the same stain and the wood and it’s the same height um they work quite well even

Though they’re not uh they’re not matching ignore the lamps I’m just uh using these as temporary lamps because not quite sure what to what color to go with for the lamp shades if you have any ideas uh I think I would like the lamps to be

Matching um but I’m yet to see something that I really like or to to decide really on a on a on a fabric if I’m if I’m to cover the lamp shades I love this this is a actually a gift that I got from uh one of my best

Friends as a wedding gift it’s just by this woman who makes beautiful artwork out of old books I’m still not sure what to hang above the fireplace um this is just a placeholder I put the this uh painting that I got at an antique store in Florence which I

Really love I’ve uh but it’s not the right shape for uh this spot I also won’t have the lamp there but I I just tested bringing a uh an armchair in just to see how it felt so many possibilities so many possibilities I I really just want to
