Italian Apple Cake [Torta di Mele] – Simple, Easy & Amazingly Delicious, Typical Italian Breakfast

Torta di Mele (apple cake) is a classic Italian dessert loved by people of all ages. This cake is very special to me.

It is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Every time I take a bite of the cake, the taste of lemon zest, and the natural sweetness of the apples remind me of all the good memories.

The recipe I am sharing with you today is my beloved grandmother’s.
A dessert that she often made, and is always my absolute favorite.
