Recipe:
– Saute garlic in Miyoko’s vegan butter
– Add in onions & green bell pepper & saute
– Add in mushrooms & saute
– Add in miso, basil, oregano, nutritional yeast, black pepper, red chilli flakes, tomato basil sauce (or another sauce based on your preference)
– Add in pasta (used Brami penne)
