This went from “Polpette” (meaballs) to “Pol-pezzi” (Pieces of meatballs, not really a word I just made it up). I guess you are supposed to cook them all the way before tossing them in the sauce. They came out delicious though! Follow me as I, a Swedish, Irish American figures out how to cook great Italian dishes.
