basil – 20 g (0.7 oz)
for breading:
milk – 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
eggs – 1 piece

black pepper – 2 g (0.07 oz)
bread crumbs – 100 g (3.5 oz)
olive oil – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
