Ingredients :
For boiling:
Panne pasta- 1 cup
Oil – 1tbsp
Salt- 1tsp
For vegetables:
Oil -2 tbsp
Onion -1 large
Capcicum -1/2 medium sized
Yellow and red bell pepper -1/2 small sized
Brocolli – cut in pieces
paneer- cut into pieces
Pepper -1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
For white sauce
Oil -2tbsp
Butter -2tbsp
Maida -1tbsp
Chopped garlic -1tbsp
Milk -1 glass
Mayonese -3 tbsp
Amul cheese slice -1
Pepper 1/2tsp
Salt – 1tbsp approx or according to taste
Chilli flakes -1tsp
Mixed herbs -1tsp
Cooked veggies
Cook till sauce gets thick
Finally add pasta to it
Your white sauce pasta is ready ….

Note : (If you are making for kids reduce the quantity of pepper to half)
