Filling preparation:
ricotta 100g
mascarpone 2 tbsp
sugar 2 tbsp
Almond

recipe:
prepare dough with mixture of all ingredients… and fry…
mix fill ingredients and fill the piping bag…
in last fried dough fill with filling mixture… sprinkle powder sugar….
