Ingredients:
-3 lbs Lean Ground Beef (96/4), Raw (1360g)
-1 White Onion, Diced (150g)
-1 Bell Pepper, Diced (150g)
-1 tbsp Minced Garlic (15g)
-2 (15 oz) Cans Tomato Sauce (850g total)
-2 (12 oz) Bags Frozen Mixed Vegetables – Peas, Carrots & Corn (680g total)
-1 (14.5 oz) Box Barilla Protein+ Pasta, Dry (410g)
-2 Cups Reduced-Fat Mexican Style Cheese, Shredded (224g)
-1 tbsp Paprika (7g)
-1 tsp Salt (6g)
-1 tsp Black Pepper (2g)

Instructions:
1.) Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.
2.) Cook beef, onion, pepper, and seasonings until browned, then add garlic.
3.) Stir in tomato sauce and mixed vegetables; cook until heated through.
4.) Add pasta, then stir in cheese until melted.
5.) Divide into 8 servings and store or serve.
