So my daughter wanted to make dinner and found a recipe on pinterest and she decided to replicate it but had to modify some ingredients because we didn’t have beef and beef stock so we used ground chicken and chicken cubes instead.

Here’s the recipe we did

500g Ground chicken
1/2 tsp Basil, dried
1/2 Onion
1 tsp Oregano, dried
1 Tomatoes
1 1/2 cups diced carrots
1 chicken cube
3/4 cup uncooked White rice
2 cups water
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
Dried parsley for garnish

Even though our version wasn’t the exact copy from the original I must say it turned out great. It’s also a great alternative for people who don’t like to eat beef. You could also substitute ground pork for this recipe.
