Dara Klein came into the studio to make one of the cornerstone dishes from her family’s deli – traditional Italian meatballs, but with one very important twist: putting them in a sandwich (a twist we are grateful for 🤭)

It’s a recipe that’s been on her family’s menu since the very beginning, and while the meatballs themselves are rooted in tradition, Dara says the sandwich part is a little less so. Basically, the perfect dinner (just maybe don’t wear white).
