West London is set to welcome the largest Italian dining destination in the UK, as Juno opens its doors at Olympia’s Grade II-listed National Hall on Friday 16th October.
Spanning more than 11,500 sq ft, with up to 265 covers and capacity for 500 guests, Juno will bring dining, drinks and entertainment together in a setting designed to take guests from midday lunches through to the late evening. Open daily from midday until 11 pm, the restaurant will serve traditional Italian dishes made with fresh, quality ingredients at an accessible price point, alongside a considered drinks offering and programme of live entertainment. At full capacity, Juno will be operated by a team of 50.
The menu is designed to take diners through the full Italian experience, from Aperitivo, Contorni and Spuntino through to Antipasti, Primi Piatti, centred around homemade pasta, and larger Secondi Piatti. Highlights include Tomato and Mozzerella Paccheri, Crab Linguine with hand-picked crab, chilli and vine-ripened cherry tomatoes, and Osso Buco alla Milanese with saffron risotto and gremolata.
Alongside the wider menu, Juno will also feature a dedicated Pizza Napoletana counter, comfortably seating 10 guests, where three pizza chefs will make every pizza in front of diners. Dough will be made in-house and prepared back of house before each pizza is hand-stretched and topped in front of guests. Pizzas will be baked in Juno’s electric Zanolli AVGSTO oven, capable of producing up to 300 Juno Neapolitan pizzas an hour. There is only one other oven of its size and kind in the UK.

While the dessert menu keeps one foot firmly in tradition with the classic Tiramisù, theatre comes through in dishes such as Lemon Delizia, with lemon cheesecake, lemon gelato and torched Italian meringue, and the Gelato Tower – pistachio soft-serve piled high with chopped nuts and finished with extra virgin olive oil.
Set within Olympia’s Grade II-listed National Hall, Juno has been designed to balance the scale of the historic building with a series of distinct spaces, each with its own character and purpose. The 11,500 sq ft space features 5-metre-high ceilings, with original windows, pillars, mirrors and timber wall features retained throughout. The original marble and tile floor of the entrance foyer is also being retained. Bespoke banquettes bring warmth and intimacy to the space, while intricate tiled floors flow into timber and a bespoke marble mosaic, created by breaking and repositioning marble by hand, adds a contemporary layer of detail. Modern touches include a striking two-metre-wide infinity light positioned front and centre on the back bar.
With a dedicated stage and DJ booth built into the restaurant, entertainment will be central to the Juno experience. Live music, DJ sets and a programme of events will run alongside the food and drink offering, with a particular focus on weekend programming.
Juno is a significant opening for Incipio Group and one that we have approached with real ambition.
Ed Devenport, Chief Executive of Incipio Group, said: ‘Juno is a significant opening for Incipio Group and one that we have approached with real ambition. We wanted to create a restaurant that could work in different ways throughout the day, from an aperitivo or long lunch to dinner and drinks, while bringing the scale and energy of a destination restaurant to West London. The combination of the food, the space and the events programme makes Juno a particularly exciting addition to our portfolio.’
Juno forms part of Incipio Group’s growing presence at Olympia, as the Grade II-listed site underwent a £1.3 billion redevelopment to create a new destination for culture, entertainment, hospitality and innovation. The wider development will see a collection of new restaurants, bars and entertainment spaces introduced across the historic Olympia site. For Incipio Group, Juno marks a significant addition to its London portfolio and opens to the public on Friday 16 October 2026.
