The 265-cover venue is set to open on 16 October within the redeveloped Olympia estate, spanning 11,500 sq ft. Incipio Group announced in 2024 that it would take 39,000 sq ft of F&B space at the development, with the operator now revealing that a significant proportion of this will be dedicated to Juno.

It will have a maximum capacity of 500 guests in total with around 50 staff expected to be employed.

Juno’s menu will be structured around different stages of an Italian dining experience, beginning with aperitivo drinks, then contorni and spuntino plates, antipasti, primi and larger secondi plates.

Dishes will include tomato and mozzarella paccheri; crab linguine with chilli and vine-ripened cherry tomatoes; and osso buco alla Milanese with saffron risotto and gremolata, while a dedicated Pizza Napoletana counter will provide seating for 10 guests and give diners a view of the pizza-making process using an electric Zanolli AVGSTO oven capable of producing up to 300 pizzas an hour.

Dessert options will include tiramisù, torched Italian meringue and a Gelato Tower combining pistachio soft serve with chopped nuts and extra virgin olive oil.

The design of Juno will retain a number of architectural details from the existing building, including its five-metre ceilings, large windows, structural pillars, mirrors and timber features. The original marble and tiled flooring at the entrance has also been retained.

New interiors will include bespoke banquettes, tiled floors and hand-laid marble mosaics, alongside more contemporary features such as a two-metre infinity light positioned above the back bar.

A dedicated stage and DJ booth will host live music, DJ performances and regular events, with weekends expected to be a particular focus.

“Juno is a significant opening for Incipio Group and one that we have approached with real ambition,” says Ed Devenport, chief executive of Incipio Group.

“We wanted to create a restaurant that could work in different ways throughout the day, from an aperitivo or long lunch to dinner and drinks, while bringing the scale and energy of a destination restaurant to West London.

“The combination of the food, the space and the events programme makes Juno a particularly exciting addition to our portfolio.”

Juno forms part of Incipio Group’s wider hospitality portfolio at the £1.3b redevelopment of the Olympia estate, including Wolves of Tokyo, Lillies and Arbour.
