🌳 What an incredible journey this has been! Blending Italian culinary traditions with the vibrant flavors of Jamaica wasn’t just a cooking experiment; it was a true fusion born from a deep, genuine friendship with my buddy Winstone.
Even though we’re thousands of miles apart, the menus we created made us feel close, resulting in a spread worthy of a gourmet dining experience.
🔥 It was a tough challenge for me: cooking right in the heart of an olive grove, with no modern comforts, amidst the humidity and 30°C heat of July, armed with nothing but a small camping stove. But, as you can see, I rose to the challenge brilliantly!
I want to thank my brother @winstonesfoodchronicles for this special collaboration; it was an intense but very fun experience.
