I don’t buy bread anymore because this Italian bread recipe is simple, reliable, and honestly better than store-bought. It gives you a thin crispy crust, a soft airy crumb, and that classic bakery-style look with very little hands-on work.

Tools I Used:
Baking pan I used to bake this bread: https://amzn.to/3N8ZPUi (I used two of them, one turned upside down and used as cover)
Alternative pan:
* https://amzn.to/49UyaOo – either two of these, one turned upside down and used as a cover, or one, but covered with aluminum foil for the first bake.
* https://amzn.to/4gnx6Fb – same as the previous pan.

This homemade Italian bread is easy to slice, great with butter, and perfect for sandwiches, soups, or the side of any meal. The crust stays crispy, the inside stays soft, and the flavor from semolina gives it that classic Italian bread character.

Woow, that crunchy sound makes me hungry, thank you for the recipe.❤❤❤😊
Looks yum but it's nowhere near authentic Italian bread, which is very specific, just like French bread.
I bake every 3 days when you send me pic it looked you where right over my shoulder I kid you not
Yummy 😋 iT looks Very good! Enjoy!
I love Semolina in Bread
👍👍👍👍👍👍
Yum I love the addition of semolina and lift and slap method. I love cake yeast but I can never find it. I’ve only used in restaurants.
Thank you for your excellent procedures. Which of your video tutorials works best for hamburger buns and sausage, brat buns?
I noticed the oven fan spinning. Do you recommend baking in convection setting? If so, should it still be at 430° F?
Muy buen pan ciabatta.
Lo hice antes y es muy rico.
¡Mañana hago esta receta!

The recipe says to cover it with a tray of the same size, but I don't have one. Is there an alternative method or something else I can use? Thank you! ^L^
I'm drooling, as usual 🤤😋🇨🇦
