Creamy dressing –
3/4th cup of mayonnaise 1/2 cup of white vinegar 3 tablespoons of olive oil 3 tablespoons of water Squeeze of lemon juice Fresh parmesan cheese 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar Italian seasoning Garlic powder Onion powder Salt and pepper to taste
How to –
Start by cooking your pasta until Aldente. Rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Put all the Italian dressing ingredients into a jar, secure with a lid and give a shake. If you want it smooth, blend it up.
Clean and cut up all your veggies to bite sized pieces.
Add everything to a bowl along with the dressing and mix until combined.
Let sit for 30 minutes in the fridge before serving!
