  1. Keto is so effective! I know some people are weary about cutting things out, but sometimes it’s what’s best for our bodies (everyone is different but this is closer, macro-wise, to how our ancestors ate).

  2. Best. Short. Ever. I hope this gets you to every corner of the internet, because everybody needs some Bea in their life. ❤

  3. You are just the bees knees! You’re beautiful and I love your voice! I’ve only started keto roughly 50 days ago and I’m loving it. Had a rough time getting rid of how much sweet potato I used to eat but now with variety like this, it’s not even a worry. Thanks for the idea!

  4. Bea….just come to say that you’re looking SO good! LOVE your content! And yes, I agree…you should write a cookbook for all your keto-friendly recipes! ❤❤❤

  5. Bea!! I haven’t seen your videos in years!! A lot has happened in my life and I haven’t been on YT like I used to be so you’re not in my algorithm anymore. 11. It took me a while to try this because of the ground chicken ick factor, but it’s really good. Very easy to make and guilt free too!

  14. Bea nation in the comments !! We love you girlie, proud of you for posting short, we know it's been an intention for you 👏🏼 👏🏼

  15. Anyone who wants to make it vegetarian just replace the ground chicken with more shredded cheese (any kind) and more cauliflower. Same everything else. It's delicious.

  16. This was awesome – so funny and also easy and delicious! We have moved from keto to carnivore starting January 1 2026, and I’m wondering if there is something other than cauliflower that could be used. Perhaps it would still turn out fine with omitting the cauliflower, but I don’t want it to taste like chicken. There are carnivore pizza recipes but I like the look of this one, so I wanted to get your take on what could potentially replace the cauliflower.
