๐ Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Pasta (One Dish)
Recipe (4 servings):
๐ 160g dry pasta
๐
800g chopped tomatoes
๐
300g cherry tomatoes
๐
80g sun-dried tomatoes
๐ซ 200g peppers (sliced)
๐ฅฌ 100g spinach
๐ 250g chicken breast
๐ฅ 80g chorizo
๐ง 80g parmesan
๐ฅฃ 350g bone broth
๐ง Garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper

Method:
1. Combine the chopped tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, peppers, chicken, chorizo, bone broth, and all spices into an oven dish; mix well.
2. Place into a preheated oven at 180ยฐC and cook for 60 to 90 minutes.
3. Remove; add the dry pasta, mix well, cover, and cook for a further 20 minutes.
4. Remove; stir through the spinach until wilted.
5. Top with parmesan and bake uncovered for 5 to 7 minutes until melted and golden.
