there is a NEW italian date night spot in Ascot Vale over at📍Via Vale Trattoria where you can find a beautiful ambience setting the scene for some very solid pastas across the board. I was a fan of the carbonara and the lobster bisque and imagine their other dishes would be good too based on what we had – check em out.
