Hope you’re not hungry, cause today’s video is an incredible foodie experience for some of Italy’s most popular foods, Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma and Balsamic Vinegar. We had an incredible experience and hope you enjoy watching along!

Dear stomach,
you already had breakfast. Stop it.
with kindest regards,

Bellissimo video che fa capire perché il cibo italiano è buono. Perché oltre a prodotti naturali, ci mettiamo molta passione e facciamo le cose con i tempi giusti. Grazie per aver informato il pubblico anche non italiano delle nostre tradizioni.
As always, a great video, fascinating experiences and a wonderful presentation. 💓
Now that you have tried Prosciutto di Parma you must go to San Daniele del Friuli and try the one produced there, in my opinion it's even better than the Prosciutto di Parma.
Great and educational video..♥♥♥
This is not only food ,it's tradition ,art and love. 🇮🇹❤
We've seen these things on YouTube in many videos—on channels from the U.S., Italy, and other countries. It’s always fascinating to see how these great Italian specialties are made, which are then exported all over the world.
Un altro bel video, bravi ragazzi ❤
A well‑aged Parmigiano Reggiano that has matured for several months is honestly almost a shame to grate over pasta — it deserves to be eaten on its own, ideally at the end of a meal with a good glass of wine. Personally, for pasta I would use Grana Padano, and I’d save a good Parmigiano Reggiano — especially considering its price — to enjoy on its own.
You found 'Food Heaven'.
Were you located around Torrechiara? Look up the origins of the castle, they are quite interesting. It's built in a castle shape, but it was actually a delights villa built for a lover.
Wonderful video. Ahhh. Your children are speaking Italian (I heard them on the video). Fantastic idea to educate your children. Good thing you all experience Italy
You will fall into tears, after going back to the US
Oh I just have to say, "yum!". That was exactly the kind of tour I would love to do. Educational and delicious! My boys got drug to the educational places like museums. True, they were WW II, science and car museums, but all had an educational slant to them 😂. Noa is really growing and becoming such a young lady, just like her sister. I am loving your video format with the podcasts and life videos intermingling. Hugs from Texas.
Congratulation!
You made it!
You are famous now! 😛
American Reacts: Italian Supermarket Tour…Way Better Than Ours
Amazing you went to Modena! Did you also visit the town itself?
Thanks so much for making me even more looking forward to spend my holidays in Italy next month.
Rocca bianca è stata l'ambientazione del film lady hawke
Another very famous ham is San Daniele del Fruli ham. The festival is held every year in September, usually during the last weekend of the month, and lasts three days. It’s about a two-hour drive from Vicenza.
In my opinion you should visit Umbria, there are some very beautiful places there… Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia, Orvieto, Spoleto,Spello, La cascata delle Marmore and many others and all very close to each other…
Great video Modena is pronounced with the accent on the o so Módena and not Modéna. Fiocco and Culatta are the correct names. Culatta is made from the best part of the hind leg of the pig. It is cured with the rind and lard.
So proud you guys came at my place 😊 I live near Modena. Nice town, nice people, good food. Simple life spent slowly, protecting and enjoying all the delicacies you showed in this video. A slice of prosciutto on a simple piece of bread, a drop or two of aceto balsamico on a piece of Parmigiano while the sun sets down on Lambrusco vineyards in front of my house – this is my paradise! 😘
Probabily the only american guys i like😂
Beautiful sharing ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Subito, e dopo pochi secondi del video, ho riconosciuto il castello di Torrechiara. Il castello del film Ladyhauke (1985) col mitico attore Rutger Hauer e la bellissima Michelle Pfeiffer❤
I´m curious. Is there something comparable in the US. I mean the nature focussed production of food that is appreciated nation wide?
The only I´ve heard of is Whiskey. Nature, passion, tradition …
Grazie a Dio abbiamo anche come scelta il s Daniele un altra eccellenza
