You know I subscribed to your channel because of the pepper egg sandwich. But now I’m disappointed, your Veal Parmesan only contains processed mozzarella and Romano cheese. why is it called veal Parmesan?
Just recently found your channel and I love it. Are you sure you're from LV? I grew up in the Ozone Park/Howard Beach area of Queens, NY and these recipes were part of my childhood. All the old "red sauce" restaurants and "pizza parlors". The music is great and reminds me of old LV. I used to travel there in the 80s and 90's multiple times a year and of course for the Telethon. Your channel is a breath of fresh air. Keep cookin' great food!
