






First time firing up the Gozney dome for spring here on the east coast! Used flour I had around the house, King Aurthur 00 & Bob’s Red Mill All Purpose. 24h poolish recipe and additional 24h cold ferment. Made 10 pies to kick off spring! Mainly used Polly O fresh mozz, and mutti tomatoes.
