Ingredients:
Potatoes – 7-8 (approximately 800-1000 g / 28-35 oz)
White onion – 1 (approximately 120 g / 4 oz)
Garlic – 2 cloves (approximately 6 g / 0.2 oz)
Champignons – 5 (approximately 200 g / 7 oz)
Hunter’s sausages – 150 g / 5 oz
Butter – 60 g / 2 oz
Tomato – 1 (approximately 150 g / 5 oz)
Wheat flour – 2 tbsp. spoons (about 20 g / 0.7 oz)
Milk – 400 ml / 13.5 fl oz
Cheese (3 types):
Mozzarella – 100 g / 3.5 oz
Maasdam – 100 g / 3.5 oz
Baked milk cheese – 100 g / 3.5 oz
Spices:
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – to taste
Ground coriander – to taste
Provencal herbs – to taste
Nutmeg – a pinch
For serving:
Parsley – to taste
