
Hello there !!
It is my very first time to make a pizza with house made dough / sauce ,
It is at least eatable but I’m not really confident about it .
The recipe I search on internet as below
Flour 200g (10g portion , I only have in my house )
Water 180ml
Salt 3g
Instant yeast 1.5 g
Olive oil 4.5 g
I only do the room temperature fermentation about 2 hours and not proofing for this time .
The white edge probably because I use too much flour to shape the dough , and my oven only able to reach out 250 C.
I’m just have few questions even I did watch some instructions but still no sure .
Why me pizza is square not round 😭 I do follow the video but it just keep develop to square.
Is my fior di latte cut too thin ?, because after baked the cheese still not sticky on my pizza, it is separate and not really melted.

Looks decent for a first attempt! Keep practicing and you’ll get a more rounded shape I’m sure. I’d recommend weighing all the ingredients instead of mixing weight and volume.
